What is animals neon?

Neon or fluorescent animals are animals that have a unique ability to produce and exhibit bright, vivid colors under certain types of light. These colorful displays are caused by the presence of special pigments in the animal's skin or fur, which reflect light in unique ways. Some examples of animals that exhibit neon or fluorescent colors include certain species of fish, jellyfish, frogs, and insects. Neon colors are not always visible in daylight, but they are often very visible under black light or other types of UV light.
